Calypso East Bay townhomes have reached a new stage: rough-in construction has begun at our Traverse City site.
Rough-in is the work done inside the framed walls before insulation and drywall. Plumbing, electrical and mechanical lines are run to where they’ll be needed, and the work is inspected before the walls are closed up. It follows the plumbing installation we shared in September.
The photos show the current progress from the front, rear and street side of the buildings, plus the beautiful, serene blue sky and clouds (yes, exclusive to Northern Michigan).
